released in the United States as

Those Magnificent Men in their Jauntie Jalopies (1969)

Monte Carlo or Bust

The cast is wall-to-wall with the big stars of comedy and action movies, Gert Frobe, Tony Curtis, Derren Nesbitt, Jack Hawkins, Eric Sykes, and the magnificent Terry-Thomas. Even comedy duo of genius, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore.

I do not believe that there is a comic writer big enough to write a comic movie large enough to show off these actors to their best advantage, individually or as an ensemble. Thus, the film, while not a bad film, can only lead to a measure of disappointment.

A number of real locations are used, including Casino Square in Monte Carlo, which you can see in Monte Carlo Story (1957) Wikipedia - Monte Carlo Story and opening episode of The Persuaders! (1971) Wikipedia - The Persuaders!
