Scene: Bond chases an escaping aircraft of the edge of a precipice
Location: Titlis Wikipedia - Title Link - mountain, above Engelberg Wikipedia - Engelberg, Switzerland.

I had narrowed this down to two places just using altitude, aspect, the amount of ice and the tree coverage. I was discussion the problem with a Colonel in the Swiss Army and he identified the place immediately.

Goldeneye - Filming in Provence
Filming Goldeneye in the Alps-Maritime. If you watch the scenes shot in the interior of the Aston Martin, you will see that when the 'Aston' goes over bumps, the actors bounce up and down. This is because the Aston was being towed on a trailer which has a two axles mounted in the middle, underneath the lateral center-line of the Aston. As the trailer goes over a bump, the entire car bounces into the air. If the Aston was on its own wheels, the front axle would go over the bump first, raising the center of the car by half the amount, then the rear axle would go over bump, raising the center of the car by half the amount.
